All orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday (that use 3D, PayPal confirmed or clear security) will be delivered the next 'working' day.

  • Info for Courier (Fully Tracked Service);
    The Courier will text you when parcel is collected, they will on the morning of delivery text you again and give you the option to delay/cancel your delivery/leave in safe place, also give you the option to be notified when your parcel is next to be delivered, and then text again to let you know its been delivered.
    The tracking system is very user friendly and the information is quite accurate
  • Parcels that are not collected from the depot within 5 days will be returned to us, there will be a £5 charge for this service.
  • All Courier deliveries will require a signature, if you change this and ask the courier to leave the item in a safe place then you are by law responsible for its delivery. Please remember that the driver's idea of a safe place might not be your idea of a safe place, (on a porch, behind a bin, in a communal area etc).
  • No delivery service is guaranteed, there are many variables like roadworks, trucks breaking down, car crashes, flooding & bad weather that can delay deliveries, currently our courier has a 99.2% delivery rate.
  • All Royal Mail UK mainland deliveries should be received within 2-5 days.
  • All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. You will be notified if it is anticipated that delivery will take longer than the stated time.
  • If goods are not available for immediate dispatch you will be asked via email if you wish to proceed.

If your parcel has not arrived with within 7 days after dispatch, you must inform FBS Immediately. If you do not inform FBS within those 7 days, then we may not be able to compensate you the customer. All tracking information is emailed to the customer on the day of dispatch. We advise to track your parcel every day until arrival. If you do not receive this information, please check your spam filters or contact FBS for help. If your tracking information does not work, then please contact FBS for help.

Why is my Address not just UK Mainland.
The courier charges extra for delivering to remote and less populated areas, this is why when choosing your delivery country, you should select the correct option, like 'UK - Scottish Highlands' and not 'UK - Mainland'. If you select the wrong option we will cancel/refund your order and let you place the order again.

  • 'UK - Scottish Highlands' are a 2 Day service and classed as below
    IV1 to 11, IV14 to IV28, IV40, IV51 to IV54, IV63, KW1 to 3, KW5 to 14, PA21 to 38 & PH33 to 41.
  • 'UK - Islands' are a 2 Day Service and classed as below
    Isle of Man, Channel Islands, HS, IV41 to 49, IV51, IV55 to 56, KA27 & 28, KW15 to 17, PA20, PA41 to 49, PA60 to 78, PH42 to 44, ZE.
  • 'UK - N.Ireland' is on a 2 day service, for N.Ireland, you must select 'UK - N.Ireland'.

Delivery Address
Delivery Address will be requested on checkout and will be used for the dispatch address of your order.
If you are paying by PayPal we only ship to confirmed PayPal addresses.
If you do not complete the 3D secure process and ask for the parcel to be delivered to an alternate address we may ask for ID.
