Returns Policy

What is our Returns Policy ?

All returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days following delivery of your goods.
The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility.

  1. Items to be returned must be unused, unworn and unwashed, complete with their original packaging, original swing tags (items returned without original packaging void any rights to refund or exchange).
  2. Any items returned which do not comply with the return of goods policy will be held for the customer and will not be accepted for refund until such time that the above conditions are met. This does not affect your statutory rights, and is in compliance of the relevant UK laws.
  3. If an exchange is required for an item of higher value, the new item will be dispatched upon payment of the price difference. We will send any size exchanges FREE of charge within the UK.
  4. If you are returning an item for a refund and the item qualified for FREE delivery we will refund you minus the shipping charge of £5.
  5. If you received FREE shipping and return an item that takes your order value below the FREE shipping threshold, we will refund you minus the shipping charge of £5.
  6. Please note in the interests of hygiene, the following items cannot be returned, this applies to: Swimwear, Underwear, Cosmetic Products, Sunglasses, Headphones.

How Do I Return an Item ?

Returning an item is simple, just follow the 4 steps below for a smooth and easy return.

  1. Contact the returns department by phoning on 0141 226 8972 and quote your order number, which starts with 'FBS'
    You can also email us at & quote your order number, which starts with 'FBS' in the 'subject' field and in the body of text include the following information:

    Your Order Number:
    Your Name:
    Your Address:
    The Reason for Returning the Item:
    Details (please include the stock code from the product detail page) of any Replacement Item(s) Required
  2. We will confirm receipt of your email within 1 working day, issue you with a returns number and returns address, you will be instructed on what action you will need to take to return the goods.
  3. Once the returned goods have been checked and verified, your account will be refunded/credited, or exchange completed as per the terms of the 'Return of Goods Policy'.
  4. Please remember, we can only accept returns where the items are in a 'sellable' condition, i.e if you have ripped/defaced the box, thrown away the tags or worn the items, then we will have to reject your return and you will need to pay to have it returned to you.

For your safety It is recommended you use a 'signed for' delivery service, such as Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery, and ensure the package is adequately insured. We are not liable for any packages lost in the post.

Can i Return an Item to the Store

Yes, of course you can, but first you must follow the steps above to receive a returns number, we cannot accept returns to the store without a returns number.
Then all you need to do is head into the store, drop your item of, we will give you a receipt for the item and send the item(s) on to the returns department to be processed within 3 working days.

Faulty Goods

If your item(s) is damaged or has a manufacturing fault we may be able to offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges. If you are a UK customer, please return your product(s) using the Royal Mail returns service listed above. If you are a customer based outside of the UK, please contact our customer care team for return shipping instructions.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Once the item(s) is returned a member of our Customer Care will inspect the item to determine the cause of the fault and whether you are entitled to a refund. In some cases we will have to liaise with the supplier directly.
Where possible we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we are only able to do so subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

All refunds will be placed on the original card used for the purchase. Please allow 3 days for the refund to credit your account.

Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days without giving a reason. The 14 days start from the day after you receive the goods.

What are the Distance Selling Regulations ?

The UK Distance Selling Regulations advise you have 14 working days to cancel the contract for your order with us and we will issue you with a refund.

The 14 working days starts from the day after you receive your order.
To comply with the Distance Selling Regulations we need written confirmation of cancellation from you, so you will need to contact us quoting your order number. (see 'How to Return an Item' above).
Items returned without Written Confirmation are not covered under 'Distance Selling Regulations' and will not be eligible for a Refund.
