Since 1866, Brooks England have been responsible for manufacturing high quality leather goods and have concentrated on bicycle related goods since 1882. With well over a century of experience behind them they provide some of the highest quality cycle related accessories synonymous around the world with bicycle enthusiasts. Hailing from Smethwick in the West Midlands, the company went on to manufacture goods for 80 years before being bought over by Raleigh Bicycle Company in 1962, after nearly 40 years Raleigh went into liquidation, however Brooks was kept alive by John Godfrey Macnaughtan and Adrien Williams who managed to keep production alive in the UK until bought over buy Italian saddle company, Selle Royal.
To this day, Brooks England still produce classic cycle accessories such as saddles and tool bags, as well as other bike related goods including leather backpacks, bar tape, trouser straps and even handles, maintaining a vintage, classic look for the modern cycle enthusiast.
