The Montana 2mm Fine ACRYLIC Marker is a high quality water based paint marker that comes in 36 vibrant colors that match to the corresponding colours in the Montana GOLD spray paint range, there is also a varnish gloss to complete the range. The paint is highly pigmented, is extremely light-fast, high covering, water-resistant and abrasion proof allowing application to almost any surface.
This solvent free ACRYLIC Marker range carries the 'AP' mark of non-toxicity and is 'ACMI' approved.
The optimum flow control pump-valve system allows for a greater level skill when handling and during application. The transparent marker bodies allow for you to see how much of remaining marker contents are left.
The paint pen can be used on almost any surface, for the best result you should use on an even surface.
The paint pen is ideal for interior use, if you plan to use the pen for exterior use, please use the Montana Varnish for sealing and make sure to apply only on dry and clean surface. For the best results in sealing the finished product we only recommend that you use a Montana Varnish spray, these are compatible to ACRYLIC paint. When working with other varnishes please test always before application - it might not be compatible.
* Replacement tips: or alternative tips are separately to buy and come in the following sizes: 2mm round, 5mm calligraphy & 6mm chisel. For a more calligraphic style we advise using the replacement 5mm calligraphy tip or try the 6mm chisel tip.
* Color matching: Due to a different paint base between ACRYLIC markers (water-based) and Montana GOLD spray paint (solvent-based), for best color matching results apply a coat of Montana Varnish Gloss for one even finish.
Slight differences may appear due to used substrate or ground. 100% color match is not guaranteed. Always test before use.
* Exterior Use: The Montana ACRYLIC paint range is permanent for exterior use when you leave it dry completely and seal it with the Montana Varnish (Matte, Semi-Gloss or Gloss). You should apply the Montana varnish in multiple light coats to achieve the best finish
