60 Day Returns

You have 60 days (14 for sale items) from the moment you order your goods to return them to us for a Refund.

You have 60 days from the moment you order your goods to return them to us for a Exchange or E-Credit.

Provided we get them back in a 'Perfect Sellable Condition',

How To Return an Item in the UK

Returning an item is really as simple as 1,2,3, just follow the steps below for a smooth and easy return.


  1. Read the 'T&C's' below to make sure you are eligible to return an item.
    (Aerosols cannot be shipped using this Returns Label)


  2. Download, print off & fill in the 'Returns Form'

    If you do not include this returns form with your return, we will credit your online account with an 'E-Credit'.

    (by not including return forms with every parcel, we stop over 25,000 sheets of paper (3 trees) going into the bin every year).

  3. Download your Royal Mail label 'HERE'. (The cost of this label £3.50 will be deducted if you opt for a refund)
  • Refunds using the 'Royal Mail Returns' will have £3.50 (cost of service) deducted from the refund.
  • Exchanges using the 'Royal Mail Returns' are FREE (Over £25, items under £25 will have £3.50 deducted).

You are more than welcome to use your own courier or postal service to return the item(s) to us. We advise you use a fully tracked service so you know it has arrived with us safely.
With Aerosols, we suggest using either Yodel or Hermes to send your parcel back to us.


How To Return an Item to the Store

WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING IN STORE RETURNS AT PRESENT

Items that are returned to store can only be exchanged for other items on the day of return. 

If you wish a refund, please download, print off & fill in the 'Returns Form', and bring this into the store with your return
When you are in store we will stamp the form and give you a tear off slip as a receipt of delivery.
We will then forward the item(s) on to the returns department on your behalf to be processed as per the timescale noted above (10days).


How To Return an Item outside the UK

Returning an item is really simple.

  1. Read the 'T&C's' below to make sure you are eligible to return an item.

  2. Download, print off & fill in the 'Returns Form', send back to address on Returns Form
    (You are liable for cost of postage).

  3. You must mark the parcel as 'International Return, Returned Goods' and include the original invoice, to avoid customs charges back into the UK, any customs charges will be deducted from your refund.

    If you do not include this returns form with your return, we will credit your online account with an 'E-Credit'.

    (by not including return forms with every parcel, we stop over 25,000 sheets of paper (3 trees) going into the bin every year).



Terms & Conditions

  1. Exchanges using the 'Royal Mail Returns' are FREE (Over £25, items under £25 will have £3.50 deducted)
  2. Refunds using the 'Royal Mail Returns' will have £3.50 (cost of service) deducted from the refund.

  3. Aerosols (Spray Paint) cannot be returned via Royal Mail, you will have to arrange a courier to send them.  It is a criminal offence to send Aerosols through the Royal Mail system, any Aerosols sent via Royal Mail will be destroyed by Royal Mail.

  4. When we say 'Perfect Sellable Condition', we do not mean wrapped in a bag and sublimely folded, but for sure we cannot accept returns if;
    * The tags have been removed, (until you decide for sure you are keeping the item, do not pull tags off, loose tags are not acceptable).
    * Item is marked, soiled, stretched or damaged in any way.
    * The item has been washed.
    * Shoes have been worn outside.
    * The item is scented with perfume/aftershave, deodorant or smoke.
    * For hygiene reason we cannot accept returns of socks, underwear or men's grooming products.
    * The shoe box has been used directly as the postal box (yes, some people do this!!) - and is now visibly marked and/or damaged.

  5. Your 60 days for returning an item are from when you order to when it gets back to us, it does not include shipping time, so please ensure you ship in enough time to reach us by 60 days (Royal Mail can take up to 5 days).
  6. Items sent back using the Free service are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us.
  7. You are allowed to use 1 returns label for each order, additional returns labels are charged at £3.50 each and will be deducted from your refund. 
    Your order must be under 60 days to use a returns label, using a label after this period will incur a £3.50 charge
  8. If we have to reject your return (ie no tags), or you are over the 60 day return period you will need to pay £5 to have your item returned to you (after 30 days, we will dispose of the item to charity free of charge).
  9. If an exchange is required for an item of higher value, the new item will be dispatched upon payment of the price difference. We will send the first size exchange FREE of charge within the UK, after an item has been exchanged it cannot then be refunded.
  10. Once the returned goods have been checked and verified, your account will be refunded/credited, or exchange completed as per your 'request on the returns sheet', and in line with the terms of the 'Return of Goods Policy'. Remember if you do not include the Returns Sheet we will only give you an 'E-Credit'. Once an 'E-Credit has been issued, it cannot be reversed.

    So please be patient as the whole process can take up to 10 days
    .




In Store Purchases

Please return your unworn item(s) in perfect, sellable condition (as above) with all labels and tags attached to the store with 14 day of purchase (28 days for customers on our loyalty scheme) for an exchange or credit note.


Refunds All refunds will be placed on the original card used for the purchase.



Faulty Goods

If your item(s) is damaged or has a manufacturing fault we may be able to offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges.
So please contact us before you return the item to us.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or incorrect washing/drying are not considered to be faulty.
Once the item(s) is returned a member of our Customer Care will inspect the item to determine the cause of the fault and whether you are entitled to a refund. In some cases we will have to liaise with the supplier directly.

Where possible we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we are only able to do so subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days without giving a reason. The 14 days start from the day after you receive the goods. (we give you 60 days).


What are the Distance Selling Regulations ?

The UK Distance Selling Regulations advise you have 14 days to cancel the contract for your order with us and we will issue you with a refund (we give you 60 days).

The 14 days starts from the day after you receive your order (or the courier makes their 1st delivery attempt).
To comply with the Distance Selling Regulations we need written confirmation of cancellation from you, so you will need to download and include the returns form.
Items returned without written confirmation of cancellation are not covered under 'Distance Selling Regulations' and will not be eligible for a Refund.
