We offer Free Returns when send your parcel back to us via your local Doddle shop, there are over 85 Doddle shops dotted around the UK, you can find the location of your nearest Doddle Store HERE.
All items over the value of £20 are eligible for Free returns, items under £20 can be returned for a flat £2.50 fee (we will deduct this from your refund), unfortunately due to their prohibited nature aerosols are exempt from shipping via Doddle.
If you are not covered by a Doddle Store or choose not to use Doddle the cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility.
Returns Policy ?
You have 28 days following delivery of your goods to return the item to us for an exchange or refund, just follow the instructions below on 'How Do i Return an Item'.
All returns or exchanges must be returned to us within 14 days following delivery of your goods. (after 14 days a store credit will be issued or goods exchanged)

Returning an item is simple, just follow the 4 steps below for a smooth and easy return.
Can i Return an Item to the Store
Yes, of course you can, but first you must follow the steps above to receive a returns number, we cannot accept returns to the store without a returns number.
Then all you need to do is head into the store, drop your item of, we will give you a receipt for the item and send the item(s) on to the returns department to be processed within 3 working days.
If your item(s) is damaged or has a manufacturing fault we may be able to offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges. If you are a UK customer, please return your product(s) using the Royal Mail returns service listed above. If you are a customer based outside of the UK, please contact our customer care team for return shipping instructions.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Once the item(s) is returned a member of our Customer Care will inspect the item to determine the cause of the fault and whether you are entitled to a refund. In some cases we will have to liaise with the supplier directly.
Where possible we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we are only able to do so subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

All refunds will be placed on the original card used for the purchase. Please allow 3 days for the refund to credit your account.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days without giving a reason. The 14 days start from the day after you receive the goods.
What are the Distance Selling Regulations ?
The UK Distance Selling Regulations advise you have 14 working days to cancel the contract for your order with us and we will issue you with a refund.
The 14 working days starts from the day after you receive your order.
To comply with the Distance Selling Regulations we need written confirmation of cancellation from you, so you will need to contact us quoting your order number. (see 'How to Return an Item' above).
Items returned without Written Confirmation are not covered under 'Distance Selling Regulations' and will not be eligible for a Refund.
