Each TAION liner features a fill of 90% mature waterfowl feather down and 10% 650 fill feather working in conjunction with the 100% Water-repellent, high-density nylon outer with water-repellent finish. Also a fun fact, TAION means body temperature in Japanese. Can be worn under a jacket or under a jacket, of course. I would recommend you to size up.
