A tote that turns into a backpack. The Todo 22L has a pair of proper carry handles on top and a set of padded shoulder straps that stow flat against the back panel — so it works as a smart tote across town, then goes on your back when you've got a train to catch or a hill to walk up.
22 litres is a day's worth: laptop, lunch, a jumper and a book. There's a diagonal zip pocket across the front for the things you want without opening the main compartment, a stretch mesh pocket on the side for a bottle, and a clip inside for keys. The whole thing packs down flat when it's empty.
Jam is a deep berry red with a dusty pink zip line and navy straps — a proper colour rather than a neutral, and it wears well against a dark coat through winter.
