The Allpa X 3L is the bigger of Cotopaxi's two hip packs — twice the volume of the 1.5L, which in practice is the difference between carrying your essentials and carrying your essentials plus a paperback, a water bottle and a jumper.
Two zipped compartments rather than one, so wallet and keys stay separate from everything else, with a mesh organiser panel inside the front pocket. Ripstop nylon outer, polyester lining. The strap adjusts wide enough for waist or crossbody wear, and there's a top grab handle.
Blue Smoke/Dusk is a soft periwinkle over a darker slate base, finished with mustard and red zip pulls. Cotopaxi rarely leave a bag in one colour, and the trim here does most of the work.
