Graph paper is the Original's most versatile ruling — a fine grid that keeps sketches, tables and to-do lists tidy without ever getting in the way. This is the classic Field Notes three-pack in the kraft-brown cover that started it all, sized to live in a back pocket.
Each of the three books runs to 48 pages of acid-free, smooth graph stock, bound inside a durable 100#C kraft cover stamped simply with the Field Notes logo. The inside covers add a practical ruler in inches and centimetres plus space for your details, and the pocket format measures a shirt-pocket-friendly 3½ × 5½ inches. SKU FN-01.
Field Notes was founded in 2007 by designer Aaron Draplin and Jim Coudal, who revived the disappearing American memo book as a modern pocket notebook. More than fifteen years on, the brand still brings that vintage-inspired, made-in-the-USA craft into limited seasonal editions released four times a year.
