Tan suede is the lightest, most relaxed colourway in the Lonestar collection — a warm, versatile shade that reads as naturally lived-in and pairs with almost anything from a pair of whites to a darker trouser.

The Lonestar Chukka is a collaboration between Novesta and Noel Gallagher in support of the Teenage Cancer Trust — at least 15% of the net sale price of every pair goes directly to the charity. Each boot features a premium natural suede upper, natural rubber vulcanised sole, 100% cotton lining and laces, a Blackstar detail on the tongue (a nod to Gallagher's Lone Star studio and his track Black Star Dancing), and Noel Gallagher's signature embossed on the removable insole. Novesta began in 1939 in the Slovak town of Partizánske, where the factory that makes these boots still stands on its original site, running machinery from the same era. The brand name was registered in 1992, but the making of it — the vulcanisation, the hand-finishing, the cotton and natural rubber — has not changed.
